This was our first full year of strategic integration with MiCamp, and we’ve already seen positive transformations as a result of the partnership. Not only did we continue to grow, but this was one of our most active years in terms of new programs and solutions for our merchants, including a rewards program!

COCARD’s expansion was marked by the addition of 2,732 new accounts, reflecting a growing trust in our services among businesses seeking reliable and affordable POS solutions. This surge in new accounts was accompanied by nine new reseller offices, extending our reach and ground presence in new communities.
Our success is reflected in our numbers: 185 million transactions, amounting to over $10 billion in processing volume.
These figures show how we’ve scaled to attract and support huge transaction volumes, but the year’s biggest story is how we’ve transformed our offerings through new partnerships and products.
Enhancing Merchant Value with Tuzo
At COCARD, we’re all about being first to the future. Since our founding at the beginning of the new millennium, we’ve leaned into digital solutions that give our merchants an increasingly seamless experience, while keeping them secure and supported. Once again, we’re among the first to offer our merchants the Tuzo rewards program to reward their success, which is our success too!
In line with our mission to lead the payment processing space, COCARD formed a strategic partnership with Tuzo, a rewards platform designed to give back to merchants for processing their payments through us. Similar to a credit card rewards program, merchants qualify for awesome rewards based on their annual serviced transaction volume.
Our merchants now earn reward points for every dollar processed, which can be redeemed for a variety of options, including travel, luxury goods, electronics, and gift cards. This innovative program once again reminds our merchants how much we value them, and that when we win, they win. We’re hearing fantastic feedback from merchants who already loved our seamless product integration, CRM companion software, and rock-solid security support.
MiCamp Partnership: First Year Hits a Home-Run
About a year ago, we announced our new strategic alliance with MiCamp Solutions. This was the first full year of partnership, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the synergies and expanded reach that we’ve achieved! As we anticipated, the two companies have thrived in this collaboration. Both MiCamp and COCARD are dedicated to leading the market with new tech solutions, as well as keeping merchant security as the foremost priority.
The partnership has allowed us to leverage MiCamp’s substantial funding portfolio and market reach. Programs like Tuzo reflect our shared understanding of what will continue to keep merchants on our team, and how to best reward them through exceptional service, as well as finding ways to give right to them.
In addition to Tuzo, COCARD expanded its service offerings by integrating products and services from MiCamp Solutions, including WashZen, Tabit, and RPOWER. WashZen has opened the doors to the laundry industry, which has its own specific POS and CRM needs. Tabit and RPOWER will consolidate our already powerful presence in the restaurant POS industry, one of the largest markets in the country in terms of total processing volume.
